We buy residential properties across the UK all cash - no banks or high street lenders. We typically buy neglected or empty properties in need of repair at below market value.
✔ RENOVATE
We then strategically renovate these properties with the goal of adding the most amount of value possible to push up the end value of the property.
✔ REFINANCE or SELL
We then refinance and return investor capital at a fixed return OR we sell the property and share the profits.
We partner with individuals to deliver strong returns on their capital through three models:
Interest-Based Return – The investor provides capital at the start of the project for a fixed period. On refinance, the investors capital is returned in addition to a percentage return. This option offers a completely hands-off approach for investors.
Profit Split Agreement –The investor provides capital at the beginning of the project. At the end of the project, the property is sold, and the profits are split 50/50 with the investor. This option allows for a hands-off investment while benefiting directly from the upside.
Custom Joint Ventures – This involves creating a tailored agreement that aligns with the goals of both parties. This option is flexible and can be adapted based on factors such as investment timeline, capital to be invested, and overall objectives. It offers a personalized approach to investment, ensuring both parties are on the same page throughout the project.
